I remember when I was homeless at 20, running away from an abusive family, and I ventured out in the middle of a snowstorm and sang this at the top of my lungs. I now have a happy little home with my husband now, a career, and a future, 7 years later.

Despite the enormous amount of talent and skill, easily the most impressive thing about these kids is their connection to the music. They feel it, they live it and it shows in their performances. (Also, kudos to that beat-boxer, 'cause that was impressive!)

I don’t usually cry while watching music videos, but you guy’s covers always make me cry. Thank you for sharing this with us, especially how so many of us are so affected by Covid-19. I wish there was a way this choir could sing the song “Someone You Loved, by Luis Capaldi,” because a dog of mine passed away not so long ago and the song reminds me of him. These kids have a very beautiful voice and it would make my day if I heard them sing the song. 🙂 have a wonderful day.

I love this song to begin with but the message is so important for kids to hear that this takes it to another level. I really hope this helps spread the word to kids all around the world to use their voices, to speak their mind, and to be brave.
