It's finally summer so I share some of my favorite summer hygiene tips/products that has leveled up my hygiene during the hot weather. I share techniques and tips I have already done and some new ones I'm adding to my routine. Let me know some of your summer hygiene tips and products ♡

Also a tip for smelly feet in the summer : don’t always wear sneakers and nikes and stuff like that wear more open shoes like sandals and slippers so no smell gets trapped in your sneakers

Scalp cleaning hack, for those who have non-porous and/or thick hair like me: Baths. My hair is too heavy to get shampoo all the way under it in the shower standing up, so sometimes I have a bath after cleaning my body in the shower, and I'll soak my hair. The hair floats in the water so I can really get in there to gently scrub my scalp. The warm water also helps break down/lift excess oils and product buildup. This can also be done in the sink or a bowl, but I find a bath more relaxing. It is also easy to add apple cider vinegar to the bath water- which can be good for skin and private parts as well.

It seems you have a low porosity hair . Since your hair floats in water. Find more products for low porosity hair.

Honestly i dont know how people can love summer. This season became a total torture with these high temperatures. I can not wait to end. 25 C max is okey but 35-40 C.... : x

Loved your tips and it definitely motivated me to go look for a light floral summer scent 🌸😊 Something that I noticed about me is that it’s also helping to regularly wax my hair especially in the armpits. It’s really making a difference and I smell less when I wax it.

I've just started using sunscreen and it actually makes my skin glow because there's a self-tanner with it ( or it's a bronzer ) , but , it made my skin feel better , also.

Just bought lume cuz I work in healthcare and I felt like I needed something for chafing and WOW. I smelled so good all day and it really did work. I don’t know why I was surprised but I was 🤣 lume is 100% worth it! I used to wear sweatshirts in the summer due to sweating uncontrollably and being embarrassed

For smelly pits when I shower I use a bar of soap twice first thing and last thing then I use baby powder it does wonders I do this every time I shower no matter the season but in summer it does the best job everrr

My summer scent is coconut! I use the body and bodywork’s Waikiki beach coconut body wash, the EOS coconut waters lotion and Rihanna perfume reb’l flur but I smelled the mix bar coconut palm perfume at target and I want that next!
