I love selfcare! I just finished my shave, oral care, and skincare routine and now I am watching this 30 mins before bedtime with some relaxing mood-lighting!! Literally vibes lol!! I am now going to starting doing a beginning of the month self care reset. Also girlies! I REALLY recommend doing your own pedicures, you can do them as frequently as you want. I purchased all my stuff from Modelones on Amazon, specifically the black and white gel polish set. People think I get pedicures every month. It's so easy and affordable! I am an athlete so my toenails be looking crazy sometimes and at home pedicures SAVED my life!!

The intro music i love so much. And you!! ❤🎉 and omg i use the kp bump eraser scrub and pads by fab for before and after shaving too!! It does really help. I will always rebuy these! It got rid of my ingrown hairs, razor bumps, and it makes my skin so smooth. Glad you mentioned you use this. Also the sun is vitamin D! Probably C too. It does help with acne supposedly but i agree with you to be honest i find myself breaking out more in the summer months. I like using the ultra repair cream for my face. It saved my skin when it was so dry in the winter. Thats so crazy about the coconut oil with your teeth im gonna try it!
