@hinbow actually, there is a season 8......in comic book form. Look up: Buffy the vampire slayer The long way home #1. There are 8 volumes in total. Season 9 is in production

@PureInfatuation yeah she is. I just finished BTVS the other day and i was sad it was over maybe one day they will do a season 8. Probably not but doesn't hurt to wish.

@hinbow you can probably download them online, however i personally like to have the paper in my hands. Theres that sense of "forever" if you know what i mean. But look around. They're not at all hard to find

I want a movie with angel and buffy and faith and spike even if their new actors but I want them be great actors but sarah michelle gellar and david will always be buffy and angel

I love this show and i miss it a lot. And the "reboot" will have neither Joss Whedon nor Sarah Michelle Geller in it. Or anybody else from the old show. Booooooooooo

I've heard rumors about a reboot of Buffy, but instead of a reboot, how about a spin off about Willow?

Ending Buffy The Vampire Slayer with Buffy dead is not a good way to end the show in my opinion. I don't like the idea of ending a great TV series with the main character dead. Unless that kind of ending suits the nature of the show. Although season 7 was not that great in comparison to other seasons, it did end the way that Buffy should have ended. With Buffy not only alive and well, but with her helping to give life to a small army of slayers making the world a much safer place to live in.

Actually... I can buy it. It was getting hard to have any further character development without getting completely OTT (see Season 8 for examples). Personally, I think they could have ended it at Season 5 and been proud of what they did. Seasons 6 and 7 were a gift.

I got the vibe everyone was just kind of done with it and the writers slacked off a little in season 7
