Sarah Michelle Gellar is finally letting her children watch "Buffy the Vampire Slayer"! "My kids had never seen it until quarantine, and they kept asking and asking," she explained to Access Daily’s Mario Lopez and Kit Hoover. "And I said, 'OK, they're finally at the right age,' and I thought they'll watch one or two episodes, and they'll be over it, but they are hooked. My little one, my son, who just turned 8 last week, is like, 'Can we watch 'Buffy'? Can we watch tonight? Can we watch 'Buffy' tonight?" Sarah also dished on doing the Wine Challenge with Shannen Doherty, recalled her first time meeting bestie Selma Blair and talked about her partnership with CooperVision. @Maximus Prime she certainly has one of those faces that in certain lights looked older than she is even as Buffy days. However, she also always looked younger too. I think obviously she has aged a little though seriously I have done a full on comparison to her now images and then. Straight Up she looks incredibly well for her age! Maybe you just look at life and people differently but, can not deny the facts.

I used to binge watch that show every year since whenever the full DVD box set (which I have) came out. Along with Angel. You can't watch Buffy without Angel. One year I would watch it in chronological order, the next start at season 7 and go backwards. It's really my favorite show.

When The Simpsons gets TV 14 with Mature Dialogue Language Sex & Violence to have another 1980's 1990's and early 2000's by having classic Episodes to bring film and traditional ink color back and get Fox & The Simpsons and those back from Disney to be under their own management to have a Treehouse Of Horror Episodes with a crossover between The Simpsons and Buffy The Vampire Slayer with the original cast

In the early 2000's I was in my 40's and working a late shift in a major warehouse. I got home at about 9 AM and Buffy came on at 10. I watched one a day (weekdays) for a year or so, pretty much the first four seasons. I've been a hard core Buffy and SMG fan ever since then. Buffy Forever! ❤

Quarantine has also booted my butt into finally watching the show. It's absolutely incredible, wholesome, and witty. It's so good! I remember being scared of the ads on WB as a kid due to the vampires haha.

I'm currently rewatching Buffy, with my boyfriend, who is watching it for the first time, and he LOVES it. We are almost done with season 4. He's learning all about how Joss likes to rip our hearts out... I'm just patiently waiting until we get to The Body episode. Anyway, my 2 cents on remaking Buffy, which is a topic that come up often: I think most people are in agreement that it really doesn't need to be done. But if they want to do a show about a Slayer, they should make one based on the comic Joss created called Fray. It's a good story, set in the future, and takes it in a bit of a different direction.

@Maximus Prime its just..i know youtube has an algorithm so you've definitely searched up Sarah or Buffy at some point in order to get here. That would make you look like a closeted fan but I dont see how someone would be embarrassed of liking her. Is there envy? I could understand that as I'm a struggling artist myself but I mean you shouldnt compare yourself to the greats. The longer you spend doing that the lesser your chances of ever being one of them. One of your replies I saw accused joss of ripping off Spider-Man over a loosely applicable theme for this show. Its no secret joss likes Marvel he directed the 1st 2 avengers movies and many Marvel references can be found in his works but to say he ripped off anything Stan Lee or any og comic artists did is a long stretch. Why the negative thoughts?

If they made a Six Degrees of Buffy you'd see how many people appeared on this show and went on to do other things. Angel, LOST, Smallville, etc. If they do you make a new show she should reprise her role and mentor the new slayers. Basically, she'd be a Watcher.

You nailed it. Alyson Hannigan said Sarah was over the show after the third year. She was more interested in her film career and often acted annoyed with the show. It wasn’t until years later that she gained an appreciation for the show. But you have to admire the fact that she acted the hell out of that role even though she wanted to move on.

E K Alyson cleaned it up and said that Sarah was just exhausted as she had to learn her martial arts choreography and her lines while working 18 hours days. She looks fantastic. I'm still obsessed with Buffy, I know she has moved on but I haven't lol. I love her and Freddy and still together and she's just enjoying being a mother. That's great.

Never a Better Show EVER! The writing is so superlative. Buffy taught so many life lessons!!! When My daughters get anxious and afraid of a life situation WE QUOTE THE EPISODE FEAR ITSELF! I am OBSESSED with charmed I finished it for the millionth time and always heard of Buffy... obvi... but never watched , started not long ago and am on season 5 now I didn’t realize how good it is I love her now it’s so good i might be obsessed !!!!
