Sarah Paulson has always been one of Ellen’s favorite people to scare, and even though Sarah thought that not being in the studio would help prevent a scare from happening... she was wrong. Plus, the Emmy winner talked about her dog, Winnie, and her role in the upcoming season of “American Crime Story,” which centers around President Bill Clinton’s impeachment.

I mean it’s one thing to be behind the scenes and know exactly What is going to happen via a script vs being literally scared with NO preparation whatsoever. Not exactly the same thing lol

Thats the reason she is hired for horror cause she get scared easily and her scared reactions conveyed to the audience. Poker face actors wont sell to horror its like a joke if that happens

@@kakashihatake1869 but the whole genre of “horror” is not necessarily a surprise to the actors, like I get that actors may not know EVERYTHING that is going to happen but I doubt full movie genre change would happen halfway through the movie. The actors would be able to infer if the movie is going to be “scary” or not. It’s still not fully being blind sided. Being casted on a show called American HORROR Story you can probably infer some gore may happen to a few characters. Whether or not it’s your character that’s a different story vs. Going on a talk show hosted by a comedian that is known for being light hearted and fun.

Does anyone else not see the "scaring" thing as bullying? Apparently, Ellen still at it. Sadistic. Constantly having to scare someone for their own "charge", is sadistic and makes for a uncomfortable working environment. Kinda keeps you on pins and needles.
