A typical realistic day in my life, as a woman with Autism whilst in burnout. Bit of a chatty vlog talking through the way I go through my day, and try to get work done an have some enjoyment of my day.

me too, but with determination and good healthy support like people commenting and supporting and sharing their real pain and struggle lets us know we are not alone and that is what helps get me through the moments that are unbearable.. love and light with love frm NY 💌

sorry about your nail. a few months ago my husband cut his finger badly and I had to bandage it up and it affected him for at least a month! it really is hard to get things done and feel good with a sore finger.
