Sarah, I still love the overall feeling of this painting. I've always been a big fan of negative space, particularly when it supports the overall composition. Isn't it amazing to look back at what you did a year ago and see how much you knew (or didn't know) then? I'm sending you much love and prayers of healing and blessing along with big hugs ~Cheryl Oh, my! I JUST noticed a small elephant face (with trunk sliding off the edge of the canvas). I never noticed that before. Too funny! That just proves that no matter how many times you view a painting, you will always see something new in it.

YOU GIVE SO MANY ideas II am basically a abstract painter but have been mixing this art firm with my paintings for a while. Did not know what I was doing but went with my flow! Thank you for giving us this detailed instructions, espealialy with the different paints.

But ... it got even better, you understand your craft and surprise me again and again, thank you for sharing your knowledge and your art with us! It was very instructive for me to see how you work and how you continue to change the image and in the middle of the picture once more radically pours color! I did not have the courage so far. Pretty, but I liked it better before you put the second pour on top - you lost a lot of the gorgeous aqua green mix, and I liked how much black negative space there was.
