Oh Sarah. That's exactly what I do. Dump it all on the floor. However I then stare at it cause it's so overwhelming and it looks like its messier than when I first started. I have so many things with tags on it still that its sinful. Then I have clothes I've bought online that don't fit me and I haven't been bothered returning it back and then it just sits in my wardrobe. I'm also not the best at maintaining what I've done. I think I just try stuff on and shove it back rather then fold it. U did an awesome job of decluttering and getting rid of things. Awesome work with Fox too. I know for myself as a mum whose juggling kids and work, fitness, looking after hubby, cooking, cleaning, doing laundry that when I have free time I want to just do nothing or catch up on sleep. Luv ur work. Luv how uve kept it real.....I can never make decluttering look good

Recently, I started to ask myself if I want to buy something (which doesn't happen very often): Will I like it as much in 2 years and further? If not, I shouldn't consume it. It's more environment friendly to buy timeless pieces that you probably will always like. And even if you donate or sell it, so many people already toss half their wardrobe out. Second hand shops have enough already 😂 I just wanted to share the idea! Also, fun video to watch

Hey Sarah! Just want to encourage you to not give up hope that you will bounce back to your original pre-Foxy size ☺️ I have 4 boys (ages 12, 10, 6 & 4!) and before I was pregnant I was very small (like XS) and through all my pregnancies I went up and down in size, but never got as small as I was originally. Finally though when I was all done having them and my littlest was 3 I decided to start training and seriously... Now I am smaller then I was before I had my boys! I was always athletic and was a runner in between having them but my body is more muscular then it’s ever been. So just want you to know I believe it is possible to go back to what you were pre-baby. Even though I know that your goal is to just be healthy and that is fantastic! 🥰 Either way our bodies change and that is ok! God made us incredibly amazing when it comes to growing a baby and giving them life! Way to go Momma! You look amazing! Blessings! 💜

Watching this is good motivation for me! I so need to do this with my apartment! But everything is just going to sit in boxes not delivered to the thrift store because I had my appendix removed 3 weeks ago and I can't lift anything heavier than 10 lbs right now☹️ I'm off work at least until Dec.11, but will be reassessed by my surgeon on Dec. 3. Even my grocery shopping has to be done in very small amounts.
