Traditional recipe doesn’t use Sugar. It uses “Rock sugar” or Misree…..other than that, the recipe is original.

@@alsa4308 you can get a clay pot custom made for sardaai...and the club ... But it's a tedious job .... Keep mashing it till it's smooth ... Nothing like it specifically in Ramadan

Hi. May be you could answer my question. Can I store sardai in fridge, in paste form? So that when I need it, I just dilute it and here you go... It will be so convenient for me but will its taste and nutrition remain same? Please help me....!!!!! Thankyou

@@munazahadnan9838 once stored in fridge its taste gets to be unpleasant with time.. so, I don't recommend it to be stored for next use. Perhaps due to no additives in the form of preservatives is the reason. But making it daily is a good muscular exercise as well ☺️... Fresh substance is "whole nother" thing to the stored one; both can't be equated.
