Kashmiri chillies. 8 each
Garlic cloves. 8 each
Pepper corn. 1 tsp
Cloves. 5 each
Ginger. 1 inch
Cumin seeds. half tsp
Cinnamon. 1 inch
Turmeric powder. half tsp
Tamarind. size of a lemon
Vinegar. 1 tbs

Delectable indeed!!!!. When time permits, please post the recipe of the typical Goan red coloured Chicken dish.... its traditionally served at the Our Lady ceremony or at Ladainha with Pulao. Please note, it's not the Vindalho which I am referring to. This one is with Maggie sauce and the pieces are kinda fried before being added to a little gravy. Thanks in advance...
