Hearing Amma's music helps me remain 'myself' without the most destructive ever chatterig box called 'mind'. Because i detach myself from my chattering box, i remain myself. I can experience when i remain myself that i am a good person with inner happiness and bliss. Thus the music helps us remain our True-Self which is exactly the challenge to the entire human race.
