No words for praising O.P. ji's music and his self respect. When he came into the film industry, it was Lataji's era among the female singers. Almost it was an equation Lataji's voice= success of a music director. But he never used the melody queen's voice and he proved himself not only as a successful music director but as a musician who can't be forgotten in coming centuries. When M.P. government announced his name for the Lata Mangeshkar award, he simply denied by saying that to give an award to the music director, which is in the name of a singer is the insult of a music director. Actually he meant to say that music director gives a shape to the singer's career, which is quite true. Hats off to his melodious music.
