Madan Mohan is one of the greatest music director of all times . He excelled during the era of the music directors like Naushad, SD Burman , c Ramachandra , Roshan etc. Today I feel film music need a drastic surgery & bring in rytham & sweetness instead of the onslaught of just noise .

Manu Dhokai Indeed he was number one in his time - unfortunately hew was under rated - Lata Mangeshkar and Madan Mohan - have produced memorable work. My deepest respect to him even though he is not with us.

I think Madan Mohan is one of the greatest music director of all time. His melodies are ones that linger in the minds of all Hindi music lovers, Some years ago, in the Saregama music competitions, majority of the songs selected were Madan Mohan's compositions because of their inherent musicality and these gave the competitors a great chance to showcase their singing talent. It is sad that such beautiful melodies are no longer heard in Bollywood movies nor in any of the musical competitions for the most part. Long live Madan Mohan and his immortal music.

I liked most Madan's Film Adalat Songs. This film was seen by me in my youth starting period. Story was good. Madan Mohan always gave fantastic music in all songs. His tone was different and appreciative.

He had an uncanny ability of catching the imagination of discerning music lovers while composing music for films and was able to leave a lasting impact on the listeners! The great Mehdi Hassan Saab had made his mark as a musician with a difference in his short but illustrious career as a composer of music in Hindustani Films! The great Madan Mohan Saab was a musician par excellence! He had a midas touch ! Whatever he touched during his short but eventful career, had turned into gold! Together with Latajee, Rafi Saab and Talat Mahmood Saab, the great Madan Mohan Saab had given innumerable masterpieces to the World Of Hindustani Film Music! There is no doubt that Late Madan Mohan Ji was exceptionally talented and produced probably the best music in bollywood. I would also say that Ruchi was outstanding in presenting this show. Congratulations Ruchi. Your presentation and lovely voice matched the magical songs that you chose to play.

Every song is very very beautiful and has been fixed deposit in mind .Madam Mohon is the best music director for sad songs which have been historically popular and immortal in Hindustani Indian film sangeeta. My salute to Madam Mahon, Md Rafi and lata jt for creating such heavenly songs.
