@@secops2995 : That's accepted... However, one particular thing is perplexing here. He's almost in a grandiose sense seems to be claiming here that he re-introduced Ram Prasad Bismil to the Indian masses anew. This is a little rich considering that Gulaal was released only in 2009 (and therefore, this event is 'definitely' after that), while Rang De Basanti was released in 2006 (3 years earlier). And in that film, not only was Ram Prasad Bismil 'mentioned', but he was a 'central character'. . . . . . P.S. I was born in 1983, and we read about Bismil in our textbooks as kids in West Bengal. Maybe 'he' didn't. 🫤

The poem was originally penned by Bismil Azimabadi of Patna in 1921. Ram Prasad Bismil adopted and immortalized it in his struggle for freedom. I believe not even 5% of the present generation know about Shaheed Ramprasad Bismil.
