Let’s do the math here real quick. If you were to spend 6500 on books of heros that’s 13 books. My RC takes 8 days to upgrade or 192 hours. Over 13 books that’s 2496 hours. You would have to use the apprentice for 312 days for you to get the same value. I’d rather just have my heros up instead tbh.

Nah bro, you can save 121 days per year, here's how:- 8 hours per day × 365 days= 2920 hours ,and if you convert these hours into days then it becomes 121 days! Per year

I hate the fact that the apprentice builder costs gems to upgrade when it should be elixir Because people have more elixir than they do Gold ,dark elixir or even gems This is just a cash Grab move from the team, I do not like this they better not be taking ideas from clash royale And I will not have it start The tactical overview is probably the best part of this update And the hard mode for friendly battles and Extremely reduced upgrade times

You Don't have to get it y'know, it's not mandatory, and you can just have the regular 6 or 5 builders. I understand your frustration, and it may be changed in the future.

Healing Mode: In this mode, the Druid heals with a long-range projectile that can bounce to up to 5 nearby friendly troops. It targets both ground and air units but not Siege Machines. Bear Mode: After transforming, the Druid becomes a powerful ground unit with high HP and a melee attack targeting defenses. Unlock Requirements: The Druid is unlocked at Town Hall 14 with a level 11 Dark Elixir Barracks. Upgrade Levels: The Druid has 4 levels, with 2 levels available at Town Hall 14, and 1 each for Town Hall 15 and 16

With the 6500 gems from builder aprentice you can buy 22 builder potions. The builder aprentice would take 171 days to do the same thing, that is insane. Also, if you use the 6500 gems to buy heros books you can save much more time. Stupid money grab bro

Welp that's a you issue buddy. I can decently get around 300-400 gems just via season pass and clan games a month, just casually grind for them. I'm a free to play player too and if I'm getting a bunch of hours off from my 16 day upgrade each day then that's a win for me and it's not hard to reach that goal.

I think it would be cool to see a video comparison of the builder's apprentice at max lvl vs the raw gem cost to "gemming" the building to completion. and how long it will take you to break even on it.

Goblin builder alone can do 162 days’ worth of work with 6500 gems. While the apprentice here will do 8 hours of work each day. For the apprentice to be more useful and cost-efficient than the goblin builder, you need to use the max level apprentice for more than 486 times.

Wow, I'm currently at th14 almost 2 Months in progress, I finished my major defenses such as scattershot, AD, Inferno, and TH. The reduction on upgrade time on storage and AT and CAN, is a huge game changer for me. also same with the walls. Thanks it motivated me to play the game on th14

@@D1Grandmaster To put it into perspective, the new builder reduces 33% upgrade time of any building (8hr per day), but since we work with 5 builders (not including the master builder), this new builder actually only reduces total upgrade time by a staggering 6%. Meanwhile the master builder, which we obtained for free, gives a whooping 16.7% total upgrade time reduction. Like sure I can understand if he reduces all ongoing upgrade time, but no, only one. I really feel stupid for actually being excited about this ? Edit: actually, let me take that back. You can purchase 3 builder potions per week for free using raid medals. No, forget 3, let say 2, assuming 5 builders, that's 90 hours off every week. Compared to the new builder which is 8 hours of one building per day, for a total of 56 hours per week. Yes, you can use 6500 gems just to be outdone by something you get for free (and also being largely considered a scam, at that). Incredible 😂

A feature I would like to see is the ability to switch between your two armies that you already have. That way when you are looking for a base to attack you could switch a ground army to an air army and vice versa if needed.

Builder portion with 6 builder have a efficency of 4.75 gems/hr. If you spend 6500 gems for apprentice builder you will have a efficency of 2.25/hr in a year time. Goblin builder have a efficency of 1.67 gems/hr To reach Goblin builder efficency it will need 1 year and 121 days Note: I have calculated based on 8 hour build time per 24 hours for ease

I personally think the hard mode is useless. Regular wars need to be more challenging. Wars nowadays is literally only how well the TH16s do against each other since it's so easy to three star everything else.

He wont disappear but he will only help for 1 hour each day and take a nap for 23 hours unless you spend 6000 gems more to max him so he can do 8 hours’ worth of work each day. Which according to me is not worth at all. Goblin builder better any day compared to this.

I think long term it is an infinite speed up compared to perishable builder potions etc. Considering they plan to release new THs every 12 months! However at the moment I am using all my gems on the extra goblin for the lab as with the new building time cuts the lab is what needs more investment to catch up. I feel they should make the Apprentice builder more valuable by allowing to speed up a building timer OR a troop/spell being researched

I hope that Builder apprentice can also upgrade the walls when they are available. Cause it is only available once a day and being able to at least upgrade walls during that time is an excellent addition to the game instead of waiting for another builder to be free that usually takes days and days.

I spend my gems on book of heroes almost every week. Guess I'll save up although 6500 is 130 hero books and so more than 1000 hours saved. Going to have to do more calculations but it's going to take a lot of time for it to be worth the gems.

Last builder was 2000 gems that can work for full 24 hrs a day this kid cost 6500 gems but only work for 8 hrs a day , plus we have to give him command every single day its better to have another normal builder even if its the same price

It is only worth getting even level 1 apprentice builder if you are the kind of player who gems to finish your buildings. If you are not, you can ignore this feature, as the value isn't there. Apprentice builder is little more than helping whales.
