Thank you so much, great intro to MR sequences. I've been nervous about picking up MRI brain studies but this video definitely increased my confidence.

The most elegant and beautiful explanation of gadolinium purpose here -- the breakdown of BBB. That makes sense now why a pituitary protocol requires it, because it can be ehnased. Also, I was looking everywhere for tips on knowing if the T1 had added contrast, as I would have been blindly looking for those vessels!

Very nice and clear explanation. I am a MR technologist and this helps to solidify my knowledge of why some sequences are run with certain protocols, but not with other protocols. Thank you for sharing your expertise.

I was told my mri was grainy. And when I looked up grainy mri it said issues with radio frequency. Is it possible that it's evidence of voice to skull technology synthetic telepathy or microwave auditory effect? It was on the ent mri that was grainy

@@cherylroberts771 no. It's most likely that either you moved, or the tech didn't do a good job or the images have known artifacts.

Thank you. This is so much more accessible than most other sophisticated presentations on MRI for those who are familiar but not expert.,
