I can finally comment on this. (youtube allowed it) I spoke my mind. Unfortunately the audio was not working on my side and I couldn't hear Valts. I did my best. I was not happy about the way Janis Roze's managers had treated me in Riga. I made no secret of how I felt. A short while later Janis Roze dumped my books -- even though I have a contract with them. Shameful! A warning to the unsuspecting who think it would be nice to engage in business with Latvia. It's my homeland and I love it on many levels. But many Latvians have been damaged by the soviet system. Other bookstores have not yet paid for the books sold. Over a year now. Still, many good friends have been promoting my book. Especially I wish to thank Gunita Poldme. And you too, Valts!
