The thing I've learned over the years is that the football season is a marathon...especially now when they play 18 games. I know, I would have loved my Lombardi Packers win every game they played, but that didn't happen. I just wish my team 'Shows up' and plays a good game...would I love them to win them all, heck yeah, but I'm not going to get all worked up if they get beat...now if they lose, that's a different story...and there is a difference in getting 'beat' and 'losing'. BC will be a great test, especially at BC Place...good luck to your Riders sir! I remember seeing one of your podcasts after Montreal beat Toronto last year in the Eastern Final and you ripped Chad Kelly. I agreed with your assessment then and even more now after watching a program that dealt with his high school, college and early NFL career. How could any team trust his behavior now...he was a 'cancer' then and is now apparently getting in trouble in Toronto. Any word on his ever coming back to the CFL (Toronto)? I never knew his history...another 'Johnny Football''...now I rant on...

Definitely the toughest test of the season. Need to win in the trenches. Good OC out there, and VA playing MVP football. His receivers always seem to be wide open. Gotta get some pressure. VA always looks good then has a stretch where he isn't as sharp. Hopefully we can do that tonight. I think we have the best DB,s in the league. Our coaches have been very good at making a game plan. The biggest thing will be Shae Patterson. He finished the last 2 and a half quarters 14 of 18. I think we will have to rush for 130 or 150 yards. Hopefully AJ has his first 100 yard game and Shae can run for some 1st downs. Control that clock, dont turn it over and the D can create. That's a lot to ask. If I had to bet money tonight, I'd have to go with BC. But I am not. Riders can win. So, I always pick the Riders. Riders 26, BC 25. AJ Quellette, 128 yards rushing. Alford returns one on special teams and the D gets another TD, scored by Lanier on a fumble.

This is going to be a dog fight and a lot of injuries. I am not worried about Patterson he is getting his feet under him. We stopped the run against Argos. Adams likes to throw, and we got the ball hawks. When you look at the depth of our D line, I am not worried. Johnson Brown Cox and Lanier and can move Lanier in with Korte Moore covering. I like to see Dolagala come in replacing Adams.
