HEY! Sorry for the long delay but the wait is finally over... We proudly present to you, the GAMEBREAKER official music video! I spent a good long time putting this together but I can't thank the artists, visual editors, and musicians who helped out enough for creating and supporting me throughout this production. As I'm writing this, I honestly can't believe this song's finally finished and released. It's been quite a long time since I first started this track but we're finally here. Thank you for reading this and I hope that you'll come back for the next track!

Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on itch.io.
The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn't approve of him. It's up to Boyfriend to rap battle his way through him and anyone else that stands in his way so that he can finally get freaky! Think you got what it takes?
Vs. Sonic.EXE was a mod owned and directed by Saster and CommandoDev. The main opponent of the mod is the titular character from the Sonic.EXE series, but it also features many other horror-oriented characters from other official and fan-made Sonic media, including Sonic (PC PORT), Sonic CD, Sunky, Sonic R, Sonic Shorts, and Sonic the Comic.
Sonic Frontiers[a] is a 2022 platform game developed by Sonic Team and published by Sega. As Sonic, the player explores the Starfall Islands to collect the Chaos Emeralds, after Sonic and his friends are separated when falling through a wormhole. Frontiers integrates traditional Sonic the Hedgehog elements-such as platforming, rings, and grind rails-into the series' first open world. While exploring the open world, players can complete challenges, fight robotic enemies, and access "Cyber Space" levels inspired by previous Sonic games.

Kinda? Characters do get murdered but it’s never permanent and usually to further the plot, and since here, there isn’t really a plot and pico is looking to kill without return, it makes sense.

Finally the Gamebreaker!!!!! More rhythmic and melodic than the previous Saster Mix and the visualizer were wonderful... The way the song ended, it went from being exciting to quiet all at once, and it literally felt like the game was broken. As always Saster did not disappoint, it was truly a great song!!

This is the very DEFINITION of peak, holy crap- The song starts out absolutely amazing, but then just somehow just gets better and better the more it goes on, that swing part especially is just SO FREAKING INCREDIBLE!!! absolutely incredible. i love the fact you decided to make this the definitive version of the song by both bringing back the much beloved extended segment of the scrapped mix and referencing the extended water section from biddle's remix. actually, while the first half was great and it was awesome to see just how much it grew in terms of instrumentation and composition with time, the second part which admittedly had me slightly worried as it was about to begin, completely blew me out of the water to a level i haven't seen a song do in very long. the gunshots mixing with the drums feeling like Pico is DESPERATELY UNLOADING at DX elevate the atmosphere of the song to exactly what it truly needed at that point. The vocals feel utterly desperate on both sides, and the fight feels like it's reached its peak, only then to the next segment push it even further with... well it's *the* segment! the gunshots on off-beats are another nice touch that also sells just how intense the fight is with his desperation morphing the song itself. the artwork is also incredible. i love how the art once again sells the escalation of the fight with his final form being in an action pose as if it were rushing you down on the moment, mere seconds before you're ripped to shreds, barely able to process the inevitable oblivion you faced at its own hands, and how Pico goes from his usual attitude to panickedly holding his gun with shaking eyes and a ticking eyelid. oh and the hidden art of pico playing the game was also great. overall... yeah. peak. as expected. happy birthday juora

Alright! The official thing is being completed, just like it was for Final Escape! Now for NayuKhrome no longer being part of making this version of the song and if Soulless DX is still around for this song to be used in it remain a mystery. See ya'll tomorrow for the epic insanity of gamebreaking proportions by Saster and Aybeff/River! Edit: HOLY CRAP THAT WAS INSANE. It was so sharp and snappy and literally felt like DX himself was manifested in the game! (Also, can anyone else confirm if this is technically "Gamebreaker V2" despite not being part of Soulless DX anymore?) (I know NayuKhrome helped make V1, AKA the "Scrapped Mix", but I think it was mostly Saster's idea from the start and he and River both built upon those early concepts of Gamebreaker V1/Scrapped Mix into this new "V2" version that's now the "definitive/official" version of Gamebreaker as a whole.)

oh my god. this was phenomenal. the vibe does not stay the same for more than 2 turns and i find that EXTREMELY impressive. the entire second half is absolutely insane... the new water part did NOT prepare me for that godlike swing part. it sounded so intimidating in a way... the transition from the swing part to the climax is INCREDIBLE too!!! im just speechless... awesome work from everyone involved, im super happy to finally listen to this masterpiece :)

Man, I feel like I've been waiting for this song to come out forever. Every day, I told myself that the wait would be worth it... and goddamn, was it worth it! I absolutely ADORE the new swing tempo bit, and the little instrumental changes in the first part are great too. The disguised DX vocals also sound more natural, but they still have a suspicious (omg sus) undertone to tell the listener that this creature is not the Sonic they know. And the visceral anger in DX's true-form vocals and art really makes it sound like a fight for Pico's life. Speaking of Pico, his Mobian design is awesome! It's just different enough from the original to make it pop, especially with the extra details like the accents on the hair and the sunglasses. And did anyone notice that at the beginning, when the first sound effect plays, the DX life monitor switches to his true form for a split second? GOD, THIS SONG IS AMAZING! Sure wish it was still in Soulles DX, but apparently it'll be in a different mod, so I suppose I can't complain. When we give people like Saster, River, and Checkty four months to cook, you know they'll serve up something good!

It’s been so much time since the original release of Gamebreaker’s very first mixes. It seems like so much has been influenced since that time, and here we are today, gathered for V2. this has SURPASSED all of my expectations. holy fuck i cannot underestimate how good this was, from the music, to the awesome character art, and the visualizer. everyone involved did a FANTASTIC job and deserve TO PAT THEMSELVES ON THE BACK FOR THE INCREDIBLE WORK THEY'VE DONE.

everyones talking bout the song but this visualizer ROCKS. i stg the amount of detail is absolutely tremendous. and i already thought the scrapped mix visualizer was really good, but this tops it in absolutely every way, theres animations and camera movements and everything this visualizer is ADDICTING oh yeah and the song is cool too

LMAO i dontn know how to describe it but yea! but the EDITING.
