This is a music video that I keep revisiting to remind me of Drew’s legacy despite his horrific crimes.

Unfortunately that will never happen as he’s in prison and even when he’s released TBS won’t invite him to compete again; NBC will do anything to ensure his name is never mentioned again.

the thumbnail calling him a monster is, unfortunately, true in a horrifying way
This man is the Chris Benoit of ninja warrior. Dominant in 2 countries/company’s, got to the top of the mountain in at least 1. Made for some great moments but erased from history because of their crimes. Edit: with the way things are going, even though he’s still under contract, put Brock into this category.

It’s a little crazy seeing his path go downhill, now thinking about it. I watched SASUKE 2014 where Drew made his debut (technically it was SASUKE 27 but he was injured) when I was still a teen, watched him win ANW, and even though I didn’t like him much, he was still one of the best competitors. He threw everything away for an underaged girl.

@@Nuggetworld9204 It is. It’s crazy how far some of the greats actually fall.
I understand what he did was wrong and NBC was to ensure he stays away from young people and competitors alike; but to go as far as banning every episode featuring DD is going overboard. I can understand cutting out this one competitor from the show, but other competitors shouldn’t be punished by having their performances removed just because of DD. NBC should of addressed the overall situation better by bringing awareness instead of just ignoring the facts; I guess they were worried their reputation would be ruined by this and the fact this happened at a time when emotions were high from the excessive amount of police brutality around the country.
