I swear to this day even though we know who Tobi is the fact that they tease us by just showing us his chin, or his one eye just drives me crazy and makes me remember how agonizing it was to try and find out it was as painful as Kakashi's cause despite not knowing his face we still technically knew who Kakashi was

4:06 Jeez the dub really screwed up some details here. In the manga, Kisame said there are 2 tailed beasts left (Eight Tails and Nine Tails) instead of 3.

no no, you have it wrong. This is actually correct in the anime chronology. The Akatsuki was yet to capture Nine tails, Eight Tails, and Six Tails at this point. It is correct. They did not mess it up.

not an error. Six Tails was yet to be collected at this point in the Anime.
