Well his old and new lb definitely good. his old 4 star is fine but kinda dont need if you have his new lb and his new 4 star (yeah kinda still hate the backkick) .then old ult for effect really good but kinda lack of range meanwhile the new one make you move forward with good range dmg (should give set area dmg)but for effect just sad.well it kinda op if you compared to old meta but meta this day everyone literally torn off you invicibility and if you relied on it there a chance you cant do nothing with ai priotize you first than you other shinobi.Still hard but if we choose by meta just take the new ult with new lb,old lb and teleport and hope bandai make his old lb can bond.
