Come here and I will take that boulder you are dragging behind you, and I will throw it into the Sea.... go to Confession and Eucharist. Pray your Rosary as often as you can. Another excellent series, Fr. Goring. Thank you for teaching us the truth and beautiful of the most Holy Eucharist. Those of us Catholics who were raised in the seventies and eighties in the USA did not hear these truths often. I remember the day, while attending a Catholic High School, that I was told that I HAD to take the Eucharist in my hand. Hello everyone, Yesterday was my first day as an Extraordinary Minster of Holy Communion for the sick at a large and prominent hospital in my community. Just witnessing the belief in the True Presence, body, blood, soul and divinity of our Lord on the faces of people faithful to Christ was miracle enough. Nice reading, Father! I do weep while praying with thoughts on offenses, sins & abominations against Our Father when I was a little girl...wow! I never knew that has some significance! Regarding that part on the Eucharist, I was so saddened by the discouragement to senior citizens like me (60yrs old) in attending mass by our parish priest at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Camarin North Caloocan, Phils last Aug9, 2020 to comply with quarantine rules made by our gov't. I do miss receiving Holy Communion! I just comfort myself hearing mass over on youtube.

Fr. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 💜. To many people have fallen into this error. I feel that more priests need to preach about the sacraments are. I am a product of Vatican II which as even a little kid I would always say Vatican II killed us. Really I was abt 8 yes old and didn’t know anything abt Vatican II. I met my guardian angel when I was 6 yrs old. He has been with me all my life. And I have had sooo many beautiful experiences with God. I couldn’t make up my life story if I tried. This may sound crazy to a lot of people which I have wondered that myself. They have put me on every phyc med out there to try to get things to go away. Finally they agreed that meds can’t take away what is real all of my docs agree . They all agree that my story has not changed over the past 19 yrs. like I said said before I couldn’t make this up if I tried. And I would NEVER lie abt something so serious or blasphemous. My dad had the gift of seeing angles as well as I. Except now I mostly feel them with me. I wish I could share all of it with the world. I can assure everyone everything. I get the pleasure of unitive prayer. My priest can attest to that. Back to my point my generation were not taught correctly so as always as it rolls on it is effecting generation after generation😞😞😞!!! We also need to remember Jesus promised us that the gates of hell will never prevail over His Church. We all need to trust the Holy Spirit without fail. We have seen times like this before and no matter how bad it gets God has never broke His promises. We have been and will always be protected by the Holy Spirit. Right now He is shaking the tree to knock out the rotten fruit so it will not kill the whole tree. So hang on really tight cuz it’s going to get worse before it gets better. The Eucharist is the most precious gift we have. That alone makes us the richest people on the planet. You can get rid of all the “riches” other people see and they have know that our true riches come from the Eucharist alone. There is truly no salvation outside the Church. Believe me or not that has always been our choice and free will. Love to all. God Bless

Thank you for posting this message, Father. I am 43 years old and this has been apparent to me the great majority of my life. Even back before I even really knew what lustful sin was, because growing up I would ask my mom questions about why certain things were bad/wrong and why did people still do these things and her answer was always "because many people don't put God first in their lives." I have been truly blessed with a wonderful and holy mother.
