The word 'Sharanam' is Sanskrit meaning to surrender to, or take refuge in that which is the creator of all, and it's that feeling of release and acceptance that fills us with such loving power.
Music comes from the Album Longing for the Divine produced by Emam & Yashoda. Album presents devotional songs they learned at Babaji's Ashram in India. Sri Swami Vishwananda, an enlightened spiritual master from the island of Mauritius, is the founder and inspiration behind the Bhakti Marga movement. For over a decade he has been visiting numerous countries in Europe, North & South America, Africa and Asia to convey his message of universal Unconditional Love.
His life is dedicated to opening the hearts of people and awakening their innate ability to Love beyond any conditioning. His aim is to help others find and realise the utmost, unlimited, unconditional Divine Love already present within every human being.
The final goal of every individual spiritual journey is unity with the Divine. Sri Swami Vishwananda teaches us to see the unifying Love that lies behind all religious paths.
