Sathyagala Kote Varadaraja Sri Vedanta Desika Kollegala Tourism Karnataka Tourism, Karnataka Temple.
The Varadaraja Swamy temple famous for its Vedanta Desikars Standing Statue is said to be built during the Ganga times. This temple had reached a state of ruins and later in 1994 due to the intervension of famous Swamys, restoration work was taken up along with daily pooja. The Kurma asana on which Vedanta Desika did Tapas for 13 long years is preserved inside this temple. The actual place where Desikar did tapas is also well maintained, although he tree fell during the rain.
Sathyagala is a prominent place as it is believed that the installation of the Anjaneya by Desikar after continuous 13 years tapas helped restore the Srirangam to its previous grandeur.
Currently Bhramotsava has been restarted in Kote Varadaraja Swamy temple.

Sudeesh swamin: koti koti pranaams. As a srivaishnava I am overwhelmed with your efforts and without rushing went thru the temple in detail. As a srivaishnava We know the history and significance of this sthalam. We carry the painful memories of disastrous events That happened in Srirangam and we are eternally grateful for taking part in protecting the utsava murthy. The whole Bharatavarsham is punyabhoomi and our Sanatana Dharma should flourish forever and certainly have a soft corner for Satyagala. I hope to come there and get the blessings from every local citizen there and the temple. Dhanyosmi.

Today after seeing this Video i am very happy that I could see the Temple at Satyagala where my Paternal Forefathers lived & later my grand father's Father moved to Krishnapura temple near T Narasipura & later my Grand parents settled with their young children at Mysore. I have heard many matters about Satyagala by family elders when I was young. Swami Rangaoriya is my father's cousins Son. Koti Namaskaram for posting this Video for all interested persons to see🙏

U r doing a wonderful job of pro.otion of our tradition.keep going.Sri.Vedanta Desikan s our Acharya nd till now I hv had darshan of Swamy 5 times.in 2017 when I was n Delhi somebody frm delhi visited this temple nd told me about it.Since then I had been yearning to visit atleast once.Lord nd our Acharya r so benevolent that they shifted me frm delhi nd made us settle n b'nglore nd made me visit 5 times till now.really how much ever I thank s not enough.

Gandhi, Nehru, all these gentleman have successfully taken the power of Hindus to govern their own community by taking away temple lands, temple money and community administration by stating caste system and have made Hindus weak

I went to this divine place today. The place is still beautiful and maintained well. The temple is also very clean. Only drawback is the approach to the temple is still not tarred and it is difficult to reach during the rainy season.

I had been to this place but hadn’t known this much about the place. You are really doing a very wonderful job uploading the lesser known temples of Karnataka! I want to suggest you another place called Heggunda near dabaspete and it has 2 cave temples with one anjaneya temple which is connected with Ramayana

I am blessed to visit this place yesterday.I came to know about this temple through one of my family friend.No one was there to explain the importance.I asked for some literature.Nothing was available. After watching this video I noticed that I missed seeing Hayagriva.I am very much disappointed.Atleast they would have guided me to watch the video.I don't know weather I can get an opportunity to have another visit.😒

Gopro Hero 7 is the best action camera for a travel KZfaqr.. Though it is slightly expensive, its value-for-money and an all-in-one camera

I used SJ Cam 4000 for my initial videos.. It gives shaky and wide angle footage. If you are okay with it then you can try any of those cameras.. SJ Cam used to be widely used by KZfaqrs.. Not sure about GONOISE & EK9
