ZUCCHINI MUFFINS
3 Egg
1 Zucchini
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Cheese
1 cup Nut Flour
1 can Tuna
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
STRAWBERRY TRIFLE
For the biscuit: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, ~ 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp. cocoa, 1 tbsp maple syrup (add 2 more tbsp, if you prefer sweeter desserts)
For cream: 1 pack of mascarpone cheese + 1 ripe banana
