Hands r so clean and so is Desi attire..... wooden chulah, mitti ka bartan,fresh air,greenery all' round and small chirping of birds......what more one can desire for....peace peace n peace is only word when nature comes in between cooking.....bajra Ladoo is so nice to look at and I m sure they will taste heavenly......this channel shd spread so much so that PPL will find joy of having veg dishes......a meal can b so satisfying and so s ur vlog....worth seeing....keep it up bhai,first time saw ur vlog.....but the impact is everlasting......

Hi, the Gujarati name for this vegetable is “galka”, however, you may be able to source Turia fairly easily, and they belong to the same family! The one used in this recipe is also called “ loofah gourd” as that is what it turns into if left to ripen and dry! You have a better chance of getting it in TN than I have here in Essex , UK! I watch and drool, but am only able to get western vegetables from my farm shop!
