Thanks! Glad you like them! I might consider revisiting my Yuriko deck to see which ninjas from Neon Dynasty might go in it. But the deck is more combo than ninja tribal. So in any case, it'd be determining which would be better substitutions for ninjas already in the deck. But I can try and test it out if I have the time for it.

I'll get to it. I have to transfer over 175 deck lists on tappedout to moxfield. It's just easier for me to do because I use Cockatrice to build and text my decks online. Cockatrice has a built-in deck exporter to tappedout so it saves me time. But it is something I'll get around to if enough people prefer to see my decklists on moxfield than tappedout.

Thanks! The best thing about it is that you can really build it however you want. All of the key pieces are dirt cheap (the unblockable weenies). So you can choose whatever fatties you can afford to put it. The mana base is also as affordable as you want to make it.

Yeah, same with Peregrine Drake. Dauthi Embrace + Maze of Shadows is actually some pretty spicy tech ;)

Peregrine Drake untaps only 5 lands; you can't go infinite with it. Which is why I mentioned Great Whale as a cheaper Palinchron. Peregrine Drake is still an amazing include regardless, but it just won't go infinite here.

Maybe my math is a bit off, but if silver fur is out and makes the drake 3 to ninjitsu, would it not go infinite with something like a mistblade shinobi who is a one drop ninjitsu? Granted you need someone with no blockers but it seems like it would work. If I'm wrong please explain it to me, this ability is weird and nothing like what I had to deal with when weatherlight came out. Edit for spelling

@@skeletor957 You're not wrong, but that was my point: with that combo Peregrine Drake can't go infinite; you need an additional card, thus changing the combo (by adding an additional needed card). You need a ninja with a super cheap ninjutsu cost. So it's up to you if you want to include them in your deck, cutting out something else for them, since they'd only be going in to go infinite with Peregrine Drake (since they're not that good on their own).

@@TheCommanderTavern thanks for the interaction, I’ll try to make it work with what I have. On that same note, would Vela, the night clad, also work instead of archon of cruelty? If so it would be a good budget option for the infinite combo. Again thank you for actually being an interactive channel, and giving me stuff to think about.

@@skeletor957 Awesome! Glad I could be helpful! Yeah, I always respond to every comment that KZfaq notifies me of. I made this channel in order to interact with others and share ideas. So it would be quite against the spirit of it if I didn't :P Vela would 100& work as a wincon since she fortunately counts herself. While the archon is definitely more busted in the sense that it's also used as interaction (causes discard and sacrifice as well as life loss), if you just want an engine piece, Vela fits the bill. Keep in mind that the pieces in the deck are also meant to work independently of each other as well as together. That's why something like Archon of Cruelty is chosen over something Vela the Night-Clad or even Grey Merchant of Asphodel. You can also ninjutsu in and out Grey Merchant of Asphodel infinitely many times for the win. But Vela is obviously more synergistic since she can also give a slow burn as the turns progress, pinging opponents for 1 with each ninjutsu activation. Plus, she also gives some evasion via intimidation. So you can swap her in for either the archon or Sun Quan, if he's too expensive for you as well. Hope that helps!

That is one of the risks, but that's the whole point of the deck. Cheating in big creatures for 2UB is a much better use of that mana than something only slightly more expensive.

@@TheCommanderTavern have you thought of possibly mixing it with a small reanimation package? Using creatures like looter Ill kor or ghostly pilferer to get some of the big creatures in the yard to reanimate in case Satoru doesn’t work out? even then once these creatures get killed anyway having reanimation as a backup seems legit. I especially like the new cipher one that come out in the Kamiz precon

@@jollygreenjackson5787 That's another great direction to take it since reanimation is another amazing way to cheat casting costs. Hopefully you don't face too much graveyard hate.

I think I’ll give it a shot since I’m putting the deck back together, I got fed up with the deck having too many big beaters if I couldn’t keep Satoru protected enough but after playing Kamiz a lot I got an idea of what works best in my playgroups. Thanks! I took Japanese in college and fortunately, the vowels and consonants are pronounced exactly as in Spanish (which is my first language), so those were easier for me to pronounce. As for Sun Quan, since I played a lot of Dynasty Warriors with my brother back in the day, I know it's not pronounced as it's spelled in English. Fortunately, I was able to use Google for that pronunciation :P
