In this video, I take what use to be my mum's Satsuki Azalea which was grown in her flower bed, and give it some care.
It's my first time caring for a Satsuki Azalea, but through learning about them I found out that by dead heading them just after full bloom the plants energy is transferred from creating seeds to pushing out new leaves or shoots.
I'm not sure if this would make a good bonsai given that it seems multi-trunk, but it is a great tree to learn on and hopefully take cuttings from in the future.
