This is Part 2 of the video on how I made my fully functional Chainsaw Man cosplay, now I'm going to show you how we made the chainsaws for the arms and also how they move.

I love how you did a gear version and a belt version ! What belt and motor did you use by the way ?

Thank you :) I used a dc motor with reduction box and for the belt I used a EVA foam strip. This week I'll post a detailed video explaning all the process 😊

Very cool! Just 1 question. How did you manage to glue the front wheel when placing the cover? What did you do?

You're referring to the "bandsaw" one, right? We glued the back pulley on the wooden stick to be able to attached it to the two covers, but the front pulley we ended up gluing just the motor itself to one side, the other side is not glued, because the pulley needed to be free in order to rotate, and our saw was hard enough that it ended up not being a problem. I really hope this helps :)

Is it the same battery holder you use in the helmet? I'm trying to make the helmet but my only material is pure cardboard coz I can't afford Evafoam. My main problem is, I can't decide what dc motor I will use coz I don't have knowledge about that. 😭🤣

Usei papel paraná :) Tem peças ali de MDF também (o que não recomendo), mas eu explico melhor como eu fiz essa corrente no vídeo de amanhã 😊

I used a material called "paraná paper", which is a very hard and resistant cardboard. Inside the saw I used ordinary cardboard (those from boxes). 😊
