i love how in the first few sketches, they say they’re only making the films because people love cats and lasers, but then they keep making them even when they’re told it’s a bad idea and by the end it becomes clear that, no, this is just their passion project

I love that Bill has used the knowledge he’s gained from being a film buff to good use, particularly utilising poor editing, dodgy effects and cheesy film lines etc. making Laser Cats a masterpiece. I love it so much.

These are comedy gold. Plus rewatch value is thru the cat laser galaxy. Pfft, way beyond roof. I have watched them many times. My only complaint is that there isn't more. Christopher Walken is just an amazing bonus. Oh and of course adding Lorne took them all to a whole other level. That constant look of "smh" he has is hysterical. The 3D glasses has me dying every time.

If you look carefully at the end, there's a continuity error. The photo of the cat at the funeral isn't the same as the laser cat that was killed by the laser dog!
