I have Moon, Mars, Saturn, and Ketu stellium in Gemini 10th house. Everything you have said is spot-on for the most part for me. It's very good that you tell people that this is only generic interpretation. Yes people hearing the potential negative of this type of conjunction may cause worry. I've just finished my Saturn MahaDasha two years ago, and am in the middle of a Sade Sati...Saturn just transiting past only 2 degrees from Moon. I can relate to the 'troubles' that this conjunction gives and other descriptions by other authors. However, at a Soul level it has given me a deeper understanding through experience and has strengthened me.
