@@shivangiraut5435 So hum share karte hain. I lost 10 kilos in April- May - half of June during 2.5 months and still losing. Here’s what I am doing. OMAD- One Meal A Day Breakfast - warm water with lemon, one boiled egg OR green juice with celery, green apple, ginger and pineapple Lunch- salad, medium size bowl 4” L x3” B x 3” H box size filled with any vegetables and small piece of chicken OR fish cooked in any spice for taste. Lots of water with lemon and mint. Dinner- NONE WALK at least 2 miles or 10,000 steps Here’s what I am NOT eating/ drinking: bread, flour, sugar, milk products, rice, chapati, wheat products, fried food, coffee or tea, pasta, potatoes, mangoes, desserts of any kind. Honestly try this and you will lose weight slowly but surely. Train your mind and keep your will power strong. Good luck! Let me know when you feel good. Follow Dr Eric Berg too. He’s great.

Anyone who plans to start this, please note that every diet or change has to be for life and has to be sustainable. If your weight is causing health issues, you can start this and maintain it. If not, it will be another fab diet that you started and let go

Look at the claims that they make . If a doctor is saying that eat this or take this then it is false and SO CALLED. Satvik guys who are not even a real doctors they say drink juice and eat little bit and you will be fine . What a flying BS is this . They are playing with people’s emotions . She said she has thyroid for so many years and magically it is gone . Non-Sense . Think about it .

Damini’s weight history matches exactly to mine. I am in my late thirties…struggling with obesity since my first period, and I am also 103kilos. I’ll also want to learn more about this satvic lifestyle. You probably have PCOS. Do fasting and keto. I have had a regular period for four years now after 2 months on keto. Weight loss is slow but your body heals for life

​@@youarestronger Keto, combined with intermittent fasting, eat all your meals within 4-6 hours. I did that, i cut all the carbs and eat only 4 hours a day. I lost the weight but i gained it all back after Now, I only eat one meal a day, late in the afternoon. So I fast 23 hours. Buy I eat everything, beans and oats, and carbs. I eat 1500 calories, everything I want. After my meal I go for a walk for 30 minutes. This is the best way and healthiest way. Davis Sinclair, the scientist who study longevity, said if you wanna live longer, eat just once a day.

Yes it's true I have already started satvic lifestyle food everytg n i hv attended 21 days session of subah mam. It is amazing guys.. After delivery of csection i was suffered alot heavy clots periods. Everything I did allopathy doctors bt nothing worked. Trust me guys when I started folllowing satvic food. Last three months I got periods normal. M very very happy felling grateful towards satvic team 🙏🙏 even my doctors are following it. If you follow satvic then u dont need doctors. My question is about thyroid medicines like we take the medicine every morning on an empty stomach. When you were following the stavic diet how you used to take your thyroid medicines and how you stopped taking the medicines completely. I am very confused about this part as I heard that it is not good for the body to stop taking thyroid medicines immediately. It should be removed slowly. Please share your advice.

I’ve done enema too. There are some disadvantages to it like dry skin, electrolyte imbalance and elimination of good bacteria from intestines.

For electrolyte imbalance ...drink coconut and for elimination of good bacteria ,start having prebiotic like onion and probiotic like fermented beet kvaaas etc .Not sure what is solution for dry skin

Please check and try intermittent fasting , reduce carbo rich food, eat more protein, and fat rich food. When I tried keto diet I felt really good , so much of energy . Carbo rich food slows me down. However I ddnt find keto diet sustainable. Try out things and find the things that work for you. Hope you feel better. I have hypothyroidism too. I started doing workout which helped me to get a good sleep and overall physical and mental health.

Started satvik lifestyle from 21 days as of today the result as per report Thyroid 4.999 now 2.300 Cholesterol Overall cholestrol reduced from 295 now 245 Triglycerides 242 now 164 Weight reduced from 101 kg to 94.3 almost 7 kgs That too without any tablets Feeling more energetic ,fresh ,active Nxt target to reduce weight to 70 kgs in nxt 3 months and clear other health issues will update after 3 months

@@rekhanaidu7621 dinner before 7:00 pm and won't eat anything till nxt day 11 am ( morning enema must ( By 12 ....ash guard juice one day nxt day green juice with amla ( after that 2 hrs won't eat anything ) 2 afternoon 1'bowl fruits or veg salad fermanted ambhali (ambhali 4 times in week must ) 4 pm soaked dry fruits ,sesame laddu or flax seed laddu or sprouts or smoothie ( no sugar) watever healthy which gives protien ,vitamins ( no dairy products ) home made fresh only 6:45 Dinner ragi ball Small , (veg salad must ) or small portion of unpolished rice or millets kichdi Tips : amla with green juice must nds( new diet system ) channel on KZfaq how to make green juice In fasting if u feel thirsty you can wet tounge Listen to your body if hungry eat fruits ,start step by step

Plant based satvik diet is good but lacks in protein and essential aminos. Regular cardiovascular exercise, strength building exercises. Limit dairy products but for protein atleast take eggs. Soya products etc. Avoid saturated fats, all kinds of added sugars, fried food.

I know this is very painful. Don't worry. Make sure you digest your food very well. Drink a lot of water. For better digestion you can eat little fennel (saunf) seeds after having meals , it really helps in digestion ❤️. And apply some ointment or virgin coconut oil on wounds or the affected area, it will relieve you. Make sure you don't sit for long hours. Take walk for 5 minutes after every hour
