You are totally right. I have been practicing hula hoop (as a hobbie) and what she did is easy to do, obviously, after practicing for a long time.

Emotions don't lie. Everyone who watched said Amazing, Outstanding, So Cool, and Whoops I forgot what I was doing.

I'd say she had to have practiced for at least an hour, maybe two.
