ശ്രേയ ഘോഷാൽ എന്ന അതുല്യനാമം കാശ്മീർ മുതൽ കന്യാകുമാരി വരെയുള്ള ഭാരതീയരെ സംഗീതത്തിലൂടെ ഒന്നിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. 18 വർഷത്തെ സംഗീത ജീവിതത്തിൽ ശ്രേയാജിക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ബഹുമതികളും അംഗീകാരങ്ങളും എണ്ണിയാൽ തീരില്ല. പാടിയ ആദ്യ പാട്ടിനു തന്നെ മികച്ച ഗായികക്കുള്ള ദേശിയ അവാർഡ്‌ നേടിയ ശ്രേയ ഘോഷാൽ ഇത് വരെ നേടിയത് മികച്ച ഗായികക്കുള്ള 4 ദേശിയ പുരസ്കാരങ്ങൾ, 4 കേരള സംസ്ഥാന അവാർഡ്‌, 3 തമിഴ് നാട് സ്റ്റേറ്റ് അവാർഡ്, 7ഫിലിം ഫെയർ അവാർഡ് തുടങ്ങി 150 ലേറെ സംഗീത പുരസ്‌കാരങ്ങൾ. അമേരിക്കയിലെ ഒഹായോ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് 2010 മുതൽ ജൂൺ 26 ശ്രേയ ഘോഷാൽ ഡേയ് ആയി ആചരിക്കുന്നു. 24 ജൂലൈ ശ്രേയ ഘോഷാൽ ഡേയ് ഓഫ് എന്റർടൈൻമെന്റ് ആയി ആചരിക്കുന്നു. ദെൽഹിയിലെ മാഡം തുസാഡ്‌സ് മ്യൂസിയത്തിൽ ശ്രേയ ഘോഷാലിന്റെ മെഴുകു പ്രതിമ സ്ഥാപിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു ബഹുമതി ലഭിച്ച ഏക ഏഷ്യൻ ഗായിക യാണ് ശ്രേയ ഘോഷാൽ. 2013ൽ ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് ഗവണ്മെന്റ് അവരുടെ പരമോന്നത ബഹുമതി നൽകി ശ്രേയ ഘോഷാലിനെ ആദരിച്ചു. ഇത്രയും ഉയരങ്ങളിൽ എത്തി നിൽക്കുമ്പോഴും ശ്രേയാജിയുടെ വിനയവും കഠിനാധ്വാനവും അർപ്പണ ബോധവും, ക്ഷമയും മലയാളത്തിലേതടക്കം എല്ലാ യുവ ഗായകരും കണ്ടു പഠിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ഇനി ശ്രേയ ഘോഷാൽ മലയാളത്തിൽ പാടുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് മലയാളി ഗായികമാരുടെ അവസരം കുറയുന്നു എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് കുപ്രചരണം നടത്തുന്ന കൊറോണയെക്കാൾ ഭീകര രായ മരപ്പഴുകൾക്ക് ഉള്ള മറുപടി. 2007 മുതൽ മലയാളത്തിൽ പാടുന്ന ശ്രേയ ഘോഷാൽ 2019 വരെ 12 വർഷം കൊണ്ട് മലയാളത്തിൽ പാടിയത് 96 പാട്ടുകൾ. അതായത് ഒരുവർഷം ശരാശരി 8 പാട്ടുകൾ കൂടിപ്പോയാൽ 10 പാട്ടുകളാണ് ശ്രേയ ഘോഷാൽ മലയാളത്തിൽ പാടുന്നത്. 2019 വരെ മലയാളത്തിൽ ഒരു വർഷം 100 സിനിമകളിലായി മിനിമം 300 പാട്ടുകളെ ങ്കിലും റിലീസ് ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അതിൽ 150 ലേറെ പാട്ടുകൾ പാടുന്നത് മലയാളി ഗായികമാർ ബാക്കി ഗായകരും. Duet സോങ്സ് എടുത്താൽ പിന്നെയും കൂടും. അതിൽ 8 കൂടിപ്പോയാൽ 10 പാട്ടുകൾ മാത്രമാണ് ഒരു വർഷം ശ്രേയ ഘോഷാൽ മലയാളത്തിൽ പാടുന്നത്. 99.9% മലയാളികളും ശ്രേയഘോഷാലിനെ ബഹുമാനിക്കുകയും സ്നേഹിക്കുകയും അവരുടെ പാട്ടുകൾ എന്നും കേൾക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവരും ആണ്. ബാക്കിയുള്ള. 001% ഊളകൾ കൊരച് ചാവും അത്ര തന്നെ. ജയചന്ദ്രൻ തന്നെ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട് ശ്രേയ ക്കെതിരെ പറയുന്നത് കടലിനെ കല്ലെറിയുന്ന പോലെ ഒരു പാഴ് വേലയാണെന്ന്. ശ്രേയ ഘോഷാൽ എന്ന സംഗീത നക്ഷത്രം എന്നും ഉദിച്ചുയരും. ഇന്ത്യൻ സംഗീതത്തിന്റെ ജീവംശമേ ഇടനിനുള്ളിലെ ചുടുശ്വാസമായെന്നും ഇഴ ചേർത്ത് വച്ചിടാം. സ്നേഹാദരങ്ങളോടെ ഒരു ശ്രേയ ഘോഷാൽ ഭക്തൻ 🙏

മുപ്പത് വർഷത്തിലേറെ ആയി ബാംഗ്ലൂർ ൽ താമസിക്കുന്ന ആളാണ് ഞാൻ. ഒരുപാട് ഭാഷക്കാർ ഇവിടെ ഉണ്ട്. പലരുടെയും ഭാഷ കേട്ട് എവിടത്തുകാർ ആണ് എന്ന് മനസിലാക്കാൻ പ്രയാസമാണ്. കാരണം അന്യ ഭാഷകളിലും അത്രക്ക് ക്ലാരിറ്റി മിക്കവർക്കും ഉണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ മലയാളം മാത്രം ആരു പറഞ്ഞാലും അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ മനസിലാകും ഇവൻ മലയാളി അല്ലെന്ന്. അത്ര ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ആണ് മലയാളം എന്നു അവർ പറയും. പക്ഷെ ശ്രേയയുടെ മലയാളം ക്ലാരിറ്റിക്കു മുന്നിൽ നാം നമി ച്ചേ പറ്റൂ.

ശലഭമായ് ഉയരുവാൻ, നീർമാതളപൂവിനുള്ളിൽ, പ്രണയമയി രാധ, നിലാവേ നിലാവേ നീ മയങ്ങല്ലേ അത്തിമരക്കൊമ്പിലെ ഇത്രയും മനോഹരമായ ഹൃദയഹാരിയായ പാട്ടുകൾ ഒഴിവാക്കിയത് എന്തിന് എന്ന് മനസിലാകുന്നില്ല.

എം.ജയചന്ദ്രൻ ബനാറസ് സിനിമയിലെ "ചാന്ദ് തൊട്ടില്ലെ"എന്ന ഗാനം ആദ്യം പാടിച്ചത് മുതിർന്ന ഹിന്ദി ഗായികമാരെ വെച്ചാണ്. പക്ഷെ അവർക്ക് ആർക്കും തന്നെ മലയാളം ഒട്ടും വഴങ്ങുന്നില്ലായിരുന്നു പിന്നീടാണ് അത് ശ്രേയയിലേക്കു എത്തിയത്. ശ്രേയ ഘോഷാൽ കഴിവതും നന്നായി സ്പുടതയോടു കൂടി പാടി, അതിൽ എം.ജയചന്ദ്രൻ സംതൃപ്തനായി. പാട്ട് പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ ഹിറ്റ്‌ ആവുകയും ചെയ്തു. പിന്നീട് അങ്ങോട്ട്‌ എം. ജെ - ശ്രേയ കൂട്ടുകെട്ടിൽ ഒരുപിടി മികച്ച ഗാനങ്ങൾ നമുക്ക് കിട്ടി ❤️

Wow, my eyes welled with tears of emotion over the subtle musical notes and the mellifluous voice of the Queen. I was transported to nether world and I did not want it to end any time soon.
