11:24 there is no difference between them besides colors and patterns, it's the same species of lizard, however the fancy leopard gecko are a specific morph [color pattern] that are specifically bred to look they way they do, the reason why it's more expensive is because they are harder to obtain and can usually only be obtained through selective breeding, this is the same with other reptiles that are known to have different morphs such as snakes and bearded dragons [example: a red bearded dragon or a paradox morph bearded dragon which are physically built differently yet they are the same species as a normal beardie]

Hey leopardgecko owner here. That was its scientific name and the „fancy“ leopardgecko basically has a different morph. That’s basically just a different color then the normal one they are the same species just different morphs.
