It’s amazing that when he first started with PTX he was no confident with his singing. He and Avi lived together and Avi helped him with his singing and confidence with it

Re: his deceased arm. I think he has foot pedals also. It's probably more precise to time the start/stop on the loop when he's using both hands to play something rather than having to reach for it.

Yes, I think by foot petals because he didn't stop the loop he just slowed it down and then sped it back up.

Thanks for your reaction to KO! This is one of my favorites of his as I love the way he layers his beautiful voice. It still amazes me that when Kevin first started with Pentatonix he told them he could not sing. So glad that Avi helped him build his self confidence in his singing ability.

"This man's ear for music is out of this world." You're not wrong. I read an article that stated that he's the only member of PTX who has 'perfect pitch', which means that he can sing any note you tell him to without having to 'find' it. He can also tell you what a note is by just hearing it. It means his singing is most likely perfectly pitched and written. He's a musical genius!

This man's talent is insane. Like genius levels of ability to create sounds and music and sing all at the same time. Freaking amazing. Blows my mind. The vocalizations near the end brought me to tears with the beauty of it. Dang Kevin.

And then, to top it all off, there's that little boy smile at the end. The one that says "I've got a seeeeecret!" His level of talent, as we all keep saying, is just insane. Oh, and the stoppage of the loop? Yeah, that's a timer he's set for a certain number of repetitions of the loop before it restarts. I know, I know, more insanity, right? I would love to see you, when you have the time of course, react to KO doing True Colors by Cindy Lauper. That one is really great! His vocals in that one...smh. Great and fun video, as always, man! Can't wait for the next one!!

Idk if you're aware but Scott has a podcast with Rozzie (some recorded pre-zcovid & some during), called Ugh! You're So Good! Where they interview people who are successful in their field. I found it on Amazon music and not sure where else it might be available. Their first (in 2 parts) is them talking between themselves about how they got where they are and stuff, they also have Kevin on, and I believe I saw Kirstin in the list too but I've not listened that far yet. He's a very interesting, humble, & positive guy.

Kevin and Avi were best buds while they were both with PTX. Avi left PTX just before Kevin got married They were constantly cutting up with each other. (39921) Pentatonix - Avi & Kevin - Messing+Mocking Each Other - KZfaq Kevin dropped by Avi's cabin just before Avi went home to California for Christmas in 2021. Pretty sure Kevin was the only person who helped Avi stay somewhat sane until his breakdown.

The only time Adam Rupp missed some Home Free shows was right after the SingOff when his wife gave birth. Home Free had a fellow "Heatbox", Aaron Heaton fill in. He is from Minnesota too. I saw him at a Tim Foust and Friends show last year. He has an incredible loop station that he works through a mat that he controls with his feet. Very entertaining.

Bro, its a foot petal that cut off the loop not a 3rd baby arm. His 3rd Baby arm is zipped up and exclusively for his wifey's entertainment. LOL Also he is not just playing the drums and singing but also looping after each repeat so he layers his voice each time before the finish. Play it back a few times and you'll notice new things each time. Thanks Saucey. Cheers
