You must listen to the studio version. It is what Avi calls a “soundscape”. With left and right speaker tension, 1.2 million harmonies, etx. Reallyyyy worth a listen.

Yes ! Avi can hum better than most people sing. Everything he sings (or hums) touches my heart and soul. In all of my 68+ years, I can count on one hand the singers that have touched me this deeply. Avi is right there at the top. I feel so blessed to have lived to hear this sweet, gentle man's beautiful voice.

Hands down favorite song of his. Both the live version & studio version are magical. The studio version's overall sound just breathes in your head. Idk how to describe it. Lol @ Avi being a pup. There aren't many singers who would have the confidence and heart to sing a song as stripped back and intimate as this. As we know, Avi does intimate very, very well. And with the tasty Spanish flavor to it.

This song and his song Sage and Stone (written for his mom when she was ill) are two of my favorites. I mean I love all his music, but he is such a masterful song writer. I just love his music. He touches your soul with every word/hum/whistle. Thx for a great reaction. Hoping your dental issues are taken care of soon. I'm right there with ya when it comes to dentists. This is my "good night" song. I tell my Echo "good night" and this song from my soothe my soul playlist exclusively with his music soothes me to sleep. I'm proud to say my daughter falls asleep to this song too. The studio with all his layered rumbly bass is my absolute favorite.

I had back surgery 8 months ago. Full Moon and Other Side got me through my pain enough to relax and sleep. Avi has that gift 🎁 to relax you. 😌

Avi could also be a dragon. That’s his favorite animal, and he absolutely believes in them. The last concert Avi performed on his tour 2 years ago was in Phoenix, Arizona. By the time he and his fellow musicians made it to LA, they had decided it was too risky, both for themselves and their audiences, to continue. So Avi went into the studio and recorded this mini-concert especially for all the people who hadn’t been able to see him. I was at that Phoenix concert, and I must admit I was a bit nervous about going. But it was Avi! I really enjoyed he certainly, and I know you will too.

I just watched a reaction to All is Well by a couple of guys who weren't impressed with it ~~ WOW! Personal preference in music is understandable, yet not being able to appreciate Avi's voice/talent is mindblowing!

That would be "Those 2 Brits" and the one guy, who chose the song, famously doesn't like "country" music and they were expecting something like Pentatonix and "looking forward to the bass". They had been told over and over again to start with "Change On the Rise" and people had been trying to get them to listen to Avi for at least a year.

I know you are set on the dog but Avi's favorite animal famously is a dragon and he was once captured on a PTX experience vlog when Scott was teasing him about dragons not being real suggesting they step outside to settle the matter 🙂

Avi is fun because you never know what the next song he does will sound like and all the different ways he likes to sing. Avi, along with many other artists, have had a massive setback from the pandemic in their career plans. Hopefully that will begin to change for all of them now. This was shown on KZfaq Space the day before the USA announced it was shutting down due to Covid-19. It was set up by Fantasy Records whom he had just signed with recently after recording on his own through the name Sequoia Summit Records. The story he told about how the song came to be written just before this is very interesting if you are curious about how singer-songwriters come up with their songs.

Loved this piece from Avi... it's sooo melancholy. By the way, I came upon a video of a young man singing a cover of Solomon Burke's Cry To Me and he does an excellent job with it. If you're up for another solo artist, check this guy out.
