AND there are 7 (!!!) cover version from 7 german artists and bands who covered "Hypa Hypa" in their own style. As there is: - Sascha (Pop) - Saltatio Mortis (Folk Metal) - The Boss Hoss (Country) - Gestört aber Geil (Techno) - Axel One (Metal ballad) - The 257ers (German Hip Hop) - We Butter The Bread With Butter (Metalcore, almost Deathcore) Enjoy.

Just came home from an EC concert. AWSOME!, everybody was so chill and happy. We sang along with every song they did. From their hits, to Van Halen and AC/DC in the breaks, danced Disco Fox and enjoyed Backstreet Boys cover and Frozen from Kevin's soul extension, the red penis piano........ And not to forget the great front bands #Future Place and #Blind Chanal. HERMAN! The fans know what I am talking about

What do you get when you throw Attack Attack, Scooter, Backstreet Boys in a Blender and sprinkle some Comedy into it as well? Electric Callboy. And they say we Germans can't do humor. 😅 The Guys from EC don't take themselves too seriously, but their music and videos. And it shows. These guys are the best thing I discovered in 2022. You should check out some of there live videos. The crowds are so into the whole experience. I'm seeing them in August. It's going to be one big party an I can't wait. More EC please. They have so many great songs/videos to choose from.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Electric Callboy. Love watching first-time reactions. I recommend watching the 7(?) Other versions of Hypa Hypa alone with the following: We got the moves Pump it Spaceman MC Thunder 1 and 2 (double feature) Crystals Hate/Love Castrop X Spandau ft.Kalle Koschinsky Fuckboi Arrow of love Mindreader Tekkno Train Hurrikun A heads up as you move along, the bands old name, Eskimo Callboy, will appear on some of the videos. After making a splash in 2020 and being seen by new audiences, some festivals refused to book them or anyone from their label do to the name. They never knew of the negative connotations of it and wished to do better. Even going so far as to talk with a professional for a video.

Now that you've mentioned Weird Al - just think about checking one more band: Ylvis. It is just another rabbit hole for newcomers, similar to Rammstein or Electric Callboy. You've probably heard their "What does the Fox Say" - but this is just a tip of an iceberg. Welcome to the wonderful world of partycore. There are plenty of bands in that style but I think Electric Callboy (formerly Eskimo Callboy) and We Butter The Bread With Butter are probably the two of the most well known partycore bands. Nico, the clean vocalist of EC, also has a feature on one of the band members side projects you should check out. The name of the band is Samurai Pizza Cats and the song is Pizza Homicide. Looking forward to more EC reactions though.

They are super fun ( but not a joke, they're serious about their music and very talented)

I discovered them by accident over a year ago and I absolutely love them. Their music is great, a lot of their music videos (especially the new ones) are super funny and they are really cool guys. I saw them live not long ago and it was amazing, I already got tickets for another show later this year. Check out more of their stuff, you will not be dissapointed 😁

Now you gotta get through all their stuff. The album is fantastic. I think they released the videos in this order: We Got the Moves, Pump It, Spaceman, FCKBOI, Hurrikan, Arrow of Love, Mindreader, Tekkno Train. I recommend them all

EC are a metalcore (more a pertycore band nowadays) Band from Germany (Castrop in the Ruhr Area) and they are around for more than 10 years with 6 albums in general. The latest one Tekkno jumped to the first place in the german billboard charts after they released it last year. Hypa Hypa was released in the peak of the Corona pandemic manly to cheer us up and also to introduce Nico as their new clean vocalist (replacing the old singer Sushi). So manly EC don't take themself very serious but they take their music and the business very serious. Most of their songs are goofy and funny, but they also have extremly good dead serious songs like Christals, The Scene or Best day (all three with Sushi on the mic) or with Nico Hate/ Love, Mindreader, Neon or Parasite. I would recommend to listen to some of their goofy songs, which were allready recommend but give their serious side a chance.

Hypa hypa will live rent free in your head now for like a year lol only way to fix it is to listen to more electric callboy songs. They did a version of it with saltatio mortis snd it's a viking folk metal version lol. You're gonna probably dig we got the moves, spaceman, pump it and hurrikan lol. Also hypa hypa version with WBTBWB lol just type that in to the search bar
