I’m an American with major respect for the beautiful and welcoming country of Saudi Arabia. Well that’s not true , 1- Saudi Arabia do not only sell its oil to west , Saudi sells it to the worldwide, For examples China recently announced that Saudi is The most reliable partner and exporter of crude oil supply to China , Also for Japan that Saudi Arabia has been the largest supplier of oil to Japan over the past year , etc , 2- For Non-Oil resources , Saudi Arabia has diversifi Its economy tremendously within the vision 2030. The budget from non-oil sources this year is estimated at 255 billion Riyal = 68 Billion Dollars , And by 2030 it’s estimated that From 16% to at least 50% of Saudi Arabia GDP well be form Non-oil sources, 3- For oil prices that high in USA it’s because of shutting down oil refineries & not renewing it , also high taxes for fossil industries, and this is the policy of the Democratic Party , For Europe also because of Hight taxes & all the sanctions against Russia which is the main resource for oil , 4- Until now oil market is stable , OPEC+ decision was taken unanimously, due to purely economic reasons , Low demand & the possibility of a global recession , I hope I cleared things for you ,

How would they defeat them without invading smarty? They're just backing the Yemeni army with air support and small amount of infantry, the rest of the bulk are on the border defanding.

it's a misconception that "great military powers can defeat all enemies", the houthis, the talibans, etc are all unconventional forces and are fighting on their soil, which is mountainous and easily defensible. no matter how large and powerful your military is, it's still an incredible challenge. houthi's strength has shrunk in the last 2 years due to massive bombing campaigns carried out by the arab coalition, it's also a quite recent war that started in 2015. now imagine that if the greatest power on earth couldn't achieve ultimate victory in roughly 20 years on the same type of terrain, what can a military like saudi accomplish, with limited stockpile? i can confidently say it will result in the same outcome as afghanistan for any country
