When the video says “The person asking the most questions is not always the person with the most responsibility” I think this is actually really awesome. I think some of the smartest people I know are people who listen and ask questions. When you are asking questions, you are learning and start to know how to deal with similar situations. So, it makes sense that someone is asking questions even if they are not the one making the decision because they can learn for when they will be making a similar decision.

This video is filled with good information. I assumed the oil production of Saudi Arabia, but to learn how the culture works was new. I had no idea how the etiquette worked in Saudi Arabia.

I knew about Saudi being the number one exporter of petroleum, but did not know much about their culture and etiquette. I was super shocked to hear that women were not allowed to drive in Saudi until 2018! Their score for masculinity in Hofstede Scores is higher than I thought it would be after hearing that fact. It really is interesting to hear about another culture, especially when they are the largest in the Arabian peninsula and the 12th largest country in the world.

This video over Saudi Arabia was very informative. I already knew that they were the number one exporter of petroleum, but there were a few other things I did not already know. Saudi Arabia offerers free tuition for universities, no personal income tax and a free universal health care system. Looking at the Hofstede scores, they were similar with US on Long term orientation which I found to be interesting. Overall this video was cool to compare it to US culture.

I have to say that I enjoy the fact that Saudi has a tuition-free University education. It is interesting how their work week is Sunday through Thursday, and America's is Monday through Friday.

I didn't know a lot about Saudi Arabian culture or history. The distinctions and resources available to the Saudis were covered in this very interesting and educational film. I believe that this movie has greatly enlightened and educated me on concepts that I was previously ignorant about. To be honest, I had no idea that Saudi Arabia was the world's biggest petroleum exporter.

I never realized how highly Saudi Arabia ranked with petroleum exports. I've never heard much regarding Saudi Arabia before this but now I want to invest more time in learning about them! Great video!

This video intrigued me by the saudi culture with their immense benefits within their country such as free healthcare, no personal income tax, and tuition free university education. Also, their weekly schedule of Sunday to Thursday is a game changer in making friday apart of the weekend. The saudi culture seem very nonchalant, for their lack of urgency in business dealings.

Learning that Saudi is the number one exporter of petroleum, helped me realize how important global business can be. It was also interesting to learn about their business culture. I can't imagine having a work week from Sunday - Thursday. I grew up having a family day on Sunday, so I found it interesting how different cultures have different important days.

I had never really learned much about Saudi Arabia or its culture. This video was super exciting and informative about the differences and resources that the Saudis have. I think that with how much petroleum they export to the world more people should learn about them.

I hardly knew anything about Saudi Arabia before watching this video, however, after watching this lecture, I was really intrigued by the political system. Having that many family members to run a country seems like a really large amount! I also did not know they were second in petroleum exports! I really enjoyed learning more about this country.

With Saudi Arabia having big visions for future, it is interesting to see how the Saudis tend to their everyday life’s and etiquette in their business approach. The video highlights how cultural norms and values are deeply rooted in society and play a significant role in business interactions.

I actually did not know that Saudi Arabia was the largest exporter of petroleum. I think learning about their unique political system is interesting, especially learning about an authoritarian absolute monarchy, where religion plays a big part in all of government and business.

This was a very informational video, considering how different Saudi Arabia is different from the US, it is important to know the environment and beliefs of the country to be able to do business with them. I think this video really helped me understand and teach me beliefs I was unaware of before.

Seems like trying to figure out details for meetings would take awhile, and still you wouldn't be told enough. I guess you have to just go with the flow. Really cool stuff, keep up the great work!

I find Saudi culture very interesting. It seems a bit too conservative and autocratic but they seem to be doing well nonetheless. As someone who is interested in other countries, I find these videos very helpful and informative.

Going in to this video I had expected the Hofstede scores of Saudi to be very different from America and I feel like that is true. But after learning about the way they do business I was surprised. Mostly about the lack of urgency in business meetings and the interesting work week schedule.

I knew next to nothing about Saudi business culture before this. I had no idea there was so many in the royal family. Over 7000 people is a huge number

One of the main takeaways from this video is that Saudi Arabia is highly influenced by Islam and by the political system that is implemented there. There are not a lot of other countries that often are influenced by a single religion as much as Saudi Arabia is which is something that I find fascinating considering the influence that that country has on the world due to the amount of petroleum that it produces.

Saudi definitely seems like there could be some issues in a matter of doing buisness just because of how they run there nation but this video gave great insight.

I find the political system fascinating. Many nations find that thier ability to execute the duties of the state through the beauracracy is hindered by corruption. In Saudi, where state, beauracracy, and the royal family all overlap, moneyfrom corruption all goes the same place: The House of Saud. It can weaponize its corruption towards its own ends.
