I took a flight to the same airport a few weeks ago for the first time from IAD and it was a horrible experience. I travel internationally 2 to 3 times a year for the past 24 years and i can confidently say Saudi airline is definitely, the worst airline out there. The staff is super rude and act like the royal family. Found hair in the food, no in-flight announcement (broken), seat infotainment system out of order, headphone outlet connector broken, too much shaking. Overhead storage compartments keep opening with falling objects. Absolutely avoid this airline from anywhere to any destination.

Amazing that no one is mentioning that the plane is Airbus A330! If it was Boeing, that would be the headline everywhere! Go figure ...

@@RamakrishnanSRMCorrect, this was an Airbus A330. The A330's winglet is shorther than the Boeing 767's winglet.
