People who are taking healthy diet and green leafy vegetables but still they are always sick, I think the reason is the quality of vegetables and foods we are eating. Everything now a days is chemically grown because of which we are not able to get enough nutrients even when we take adequate diet.

I am learning Yoga from you since your 21 day challenge and taken your yearly subscription. I am thankful to God that I have not missed a single session. Hairfall is common but when hair fall was gone in excess amount, it's sign lack of nutrients, calcium, etc. It's become dangerous for you, I suggest you can take medical help

Thank you Surabh. You R a Blessing to us! I have been following you from the 6 day challenge. Thankfully did not miss a single class. I couldn't do a no. Of excerrcises initially. But u said trying to do it is also effective. Rightly so. Earlier I couldn't lift my arms n legs together lying on my stomach. For the past couple of days I'm successful, though only a little of my legs can be raised. I'm still struggling with some asansol of Suriya Namaskar. Hopefully I'll manage with a few more practices.
