This will be off topic but wanted to find a recent video to comment on. I appreciate your channel so much. I didn’t have a stable mother growing up to show me how to make good home foods. I’ve gotten so many compliments on foods you’ve help people make. Keep up the good work and I can’t wait to see your next videos ☺️

I had made this several months ago but forgot how to make it so when this recipe came up I was so so happy thanks oh buy the way we love spice I will be using hot Italian sausage of course with red pepper flakes mmm love from New Mexico ola

@@g.koerber1144 it’s called Masterclass. I found it at Marshall’s for about $17. I only bought the pot and skillet. Kicking myself that I didn’t grab all of the pieces because I really like them.

Looks good. The only thing I would change is more broth. I like my soup more soupy.

Agreed. The tortellini did absorb a lot of broth. I like my soups soupy too. I would say an additional 16 ozs of broth would do it.
