In the past, the pigs slaughtered during the Spring Festival were supposed to last the villagers for a whole year. So the older generations would try to store enough pork for a whole year. They’d use pig’s small and large intestines to make sausages. Since the meat wouldn’t be enough for making sausages, they had to add other ingredients, such as tofu, broad beans and taro. Over time, it has become our local delicacy. The sausages we’ve made at home this year will be enough for us for a while!

the thing i love the most about dianxi's videos is she often shows the neighborhood and the people around there, it's somehow feels like bringing me back to the past, although it doesn't quite the same as my childhood neighborhood but the vibes is similar, and it really warms my heart 🥺

I love watching Penji's videos with family, friends/relatives/neighbors. It always reminds me of cooking preparations during the town fiesta from when I was a child. My own relatives and neighbors will be helping out to prepare food to feed the guests, and they will also have family members, friends, and relatives who will be helping with preparations and cooking at their own homes. Good, peaceful times that are irreplaceable.

I'm from Germany, so we make sausage filling with fatty pork, salt, pepper, garlic, onion and maybe mustard seeds/cumin or a variety of fresh herbs. Popular eaten with fried potato (Bratkartoffeln) and pickled cabbage (Sauerkraut) or sliced up and served with a mix of curry spiced ketchup.

小哥的这个视频让我想起了儿时的生活，家里冬天有很多蔬菜水果，冬瓜，胡豆，萝卜，蒜苗，蚕豆，黄豆。节日期间家里会做豆腐，也会做腊肉，腊肠。基本上是自给自足，养的猪，年底杀猪做腊肉腊肠，有鱼塘的还会晒腊🐟。还是家里有年味，快到春节了，祝你跟家人节日快乐!期待你春节视频。

What a wonderful family tradition to do this together and then share the bounty. Each time I saw the cooked sausages my mouth started to imagine eating them they looked so tasty. Do you ever make sausages with chilli, red peppers, pork and hot pepper seeds. They are very spicy and taste full of flavour.

I love the part where everyone is together and happy while eating... I second that - your comment. I live alone, but still enjoy my meals at the largest piece of furniture in the apartment, aside from my bed. My friends and family are far away. Of course we can get fancy and set up webcam and "eat together" even we are far from each other. The table where one eats their meals is important... choose a good, functional, tasteful table. If I ever move, this table should be the only piece of furniture that would require help to lift and carry away. Sometimes I watch KZfaq movies/TV series/sporting competition/etc. while eating. Thanks to KZfaq for the variety. If I go to a restaurant and eat by myself, and others are doing the same...it would be not too different from sharing mealtime, even at separate tables. Hope everyone is happy with the tasty food in the lovely restaurant, and enjoying their time. Even a self serve restaurant with good food is a worthwhile and very satisfying time. It would seem more like home - self served. Apenji has a lovely family in a friendly village of beautiful Yunnan! And her skills are amazing!

Busy in Som many thing doing Yoga , Exercise and Enjoy watching TV , And Eating Good meals to Spend time happily , Fitness is not physical alone , From my Self Experience Mentally , psychologically, Emotionally is the real Fitness , How quickly you sleep at night , How happy you feel internally, Do you feel hungry Frequently, Do you feel Thirsty?? This Things Give you Sign that your body is running Good Internally 🧿
