Sauternes wines are produced in the Bordeaux region. The main grape varieties are Semillion, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadelle, and Sauvugnon Gris. The grapes permitted in the Tokaj region are: Furmint, Hárslevelü, Sárgamuskotály, Kövérszölö, Kabar and Zéta

Tokaji Classification. Hmm.... Szarvas and Mezes Maly as Great 1st Growth, Szt Tamas, Oremus, Disznoko, Nyulaszo, Betsek. etc... I don't know the rest as they're too hard to remember.
