The strength of this revamp is his usefulness throughout the match. I’ve saved my team from imminent ganks with well-timed ultimates. I’ve also helped turn the tide of a team fight from across the map. Not to mention, his passive is really strong against squishies, as long as they don’t have a 3k lead in gold, and for taking objectives. You’ll have those matches where your team will keep initiating fights they can’t win. In any other match, you’ll do well if you can position correctly and pick your fights wisely.

I got him in the lucky spin today after spending 250 tickets, i find him really interesting even if i'm more of a mage/fighter user rather than a MM user but I feel like meta mm have this much damage or even higher damage than him without the need of combos or their passive. I doubt he will be meta sadly, but he's still good

I disagree. I’ve won 2/3 matches or better solo queuing in Mythic rank so far. His kit is extensive, with skill 1 being a gap closer/immunity skill and skill 3 being a damaging ult that can assist team fights from across the map and provide vision against campy foes. He brings a lot of value to the team, and his passive helps tremendously in securing objectives at speeds that rival most marksman, especially after all of the meta heroe nerfs that came with this patch. I think you’ll be seeing him banned in rank very soon.

you actually dont need attack speed if you know how to use his skill properly. range att-s1-melee att-s2-melee att-s1-range att

@@aiman6952 when you switch from melee to range or from range to melee you gain weapon mastery which deals massive damage for the next 2 attacks. and using second skill will activate weapon mastery too. so you have to do something like 2 hit range then 2 hit melee and then skill 2 then 2 hit melee again to utilize his passive.

Its pretty annoying that most meta marksman can hypercarry the game... Especially with perfect counter marksman.... Bruno for squishies, granger for poke burst, claude for aoe, karrie for anti-tank... Then heres yss who is average mix of low damage poke, some crit, low damage aoe skills, and no anti-tank capabilities....

I made a yss build where he can go 1vs5 he is so broken!!!! 1.raptor Machete 2.endless Battle 3.balde of despair 4.thunder belt 5.Wings of apocalypse 6.what ever you want(i prefer demon hunter sword) 1st. Abuse his 1 Skill with passive (1 Skill is Like chou dash so you can immune every tank) 2.abuse passive with the crit Chance 3.abuse the enemies(jump in with 1skill + passive + 2nd Skill blade + passive = cooldown refresh of 1 Skill + jump out + passive + 2nd skill bow = alle emies ded) 4.abuse ultimate(use ultimate to last hit enemies on the map or aktivate it before jumping Into a Fight for that extra lifesteal and damage + slow) 5.abuse second state of the passive "Turtle Ship"(stun enemy carry and kill him with the number 3 combo) 6.abuse his coolnes(Show imense disrespect torwards your enemies while fighting them like spamming recal Button or emote but only if 1vs1)

Yi used to be my main, but he fell so far out of the meta it wasnt in any use playing him. Now they've buffed him so much, it almost feels like I'm cheating when I play him. All I need now is for ML to give him a new skin.
