@@TheworkingspecialistWood Sailor has the best recommended build for a savant to get the most out of everything you can use, so good choice. 100 Strength for every bronze sea fs, 50 weapons for all old weapon skills, 90 magic for beam and to not be considered a warlock, and 10 vitality for some hp

its good but you need very specific stat points and you have very low aoe

It’s strength is variety, being able to switch attack styles instantly is incredibly useful in pvp, as it makes way for strong combos. but not so much for PvE, as that’s more stat based and committing to a build will probably get you farther faster. Depends on how you feel about your skillset too.

Fun isn't about classes, it's all about magic + fighting style. True fun doesn't come when you try ice sailor build, or metal mage, it comes when you think about explosion cannonfist build.

@@eyiss7236 nah, you trade off high tier skills like focus for access to weapons and lower damage. better off just going conj or warlock

@@Slazaryn Even without access to things like focus, you're still able to apply damage extremely quick, and you only do about 30 less than a full or hybrid build. Savant isn't nearly as bad as anyone makes it out to be, it's actually one of the top tier classes, A or S if you ask me, as a savant main. Not even trying to be biased, savant is just good, any reasonable stat allocation can decimate

@@SlazarynYou trade off higher tiered skill for access to all options in game. Not just weapons. Damage isn't that bad despite the lack of focus and aura lol. Aura and focus isn't the determining factor in damage. You'd deal less damage, true. But it ain't that much to the point it makes it bad. Plus focus were more used for hp buff rather than dmg buff. Savant can also somewhat benefit from synergy. The only synergy you're getting from going conjurer is bleed synergies ( and maybe poison ig). As for warlock, well it doesnt really have any downsides compared to savant. But hey, you do get weapons with savant
