Love doing whatever meals on some nights. If there's a lot of leftovers after a couple of days, we just have a leftover or "catch all" night. Sometimes we'll repurpose something: leftover taco meat gets turned into nachos or some kind of taco salad. Everyone is fed, leftovers get used up. Win win.

GREAT video. I was really surprised with the sugar in the corn in that I hadn't heard of that before. Interesting, and I'll bet it tasted good. I liked your quesadillas too, along with the pizza. The recipe I use for the dough is almost the same except I put in honey instead of sugar. Love it!

So watching you and a few others doing the shop from home weeks inspired me to do the same thing. Our house is a tad different as I am the only one working and also the only one cooking, I have to stick with a lot of quick foods, but I have been stocking up when I find sales and this week has been a breeze! I started using Mateo's salsa because of you. It's a little pricey compared to the others but it's soooo worth it. I have been adding it to pork loin in the crockpot and then shredding it for tacos. My kids tear it up! Thank you!!
